The Pen City Rapid, the first tournament held in Fort Madison since 1995, saw Daniel Garrett of Peoria and Robert Reynolds of West Burlington tie for 1st - 2nd. Bob Beelman of Fort Madison and
Josh Reynolds of Coralville tied for 3rd in the 8-player field.
