Out of State Players Welcome Accelerated pairings may be used if necessary. Tiebreaker: 2 rounds G15 d2 (each player will get black then white) If no winner is determined, then blitz g5 no delay or a winner is determined after two games. The winner will have the right to represent Iowa in the Rockefeller, Barber, or Denker National Tournament of Champions held concurrently with the US Open in Madison, WI July 28-31, 2025. A stipend will probably not be available to assist with travel expenses. 2025 stipend is dependent on the availability of funds in the Iowa Scholastic Budget and the vote of the Iowa State Scholastic Board of Directors) Players must complete all games in the tournament, submit copies (scoresheets) of all their games played, and submit one annotated game to Iowa En Passant to receive
